Neil Lustig
Neil LustigChief Executive Officer
Neil has over 25 years of experience in the software, hardware, and cloud technology industries and has held global leadership positions at IBM, Ariba, and Vendavo. Most recently, he served as CEO of Sailthru, a New York-based technology company he successfully scaled and sold to Campaign Monitor in December 2018. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors at Sealed Air Corporation, a packaging company known for its brands Cryovac and Bubble Wrap since May 2015.
Marty Meyer
Marty MeyerChief Financial Officer
Marty brings more than 20 years of financial and operational experience with deep domain expertise in e-commerce, SaaS and Enterprise Software. He has raised over $250M in venture funding and has closed significant M&A transactions with companies such as Motorola, IBM, and Cisco. Before joining GAN, Marty was the chief financial officer at Sailthru, a NY based email service provider that was recently acquired by Campaign Monitor. His previous roles include chief financial officer at Shapeways, president at Corero Network Security, and as vice president and COO for ExtendMedia Corporation.
Valerie Charles
Valerie CharlesChief Strategy Officer
Valerie serves as GAN’s Chief Strategy Officer. With diverse industry experience, Valerie helps define and drive our strategic position in the compliance community, focused on thought leadership and growth strategy. Valerie has served as outside counsel, conducted internal investigations, and represented clients in connection with matters involving anti-bribery restrictions worldwide. She has also served as Associate General Counsel and Global Compliance Lead for an international technology company.
Martin Albertsen
Martin AlbertsenChief Technology Officer
Martin is responsible for Engineering and Products at GAN. He is passionate about building and leading great teams that build purposeful cloud based products. Prior to GAN, Martin was leading product teams building analytics solutions at Successfactors/SAP in Silicon Valley and big-data social media products at Falcon.io in Copenhagen. Martin thrives in fast paced work environments and prefers prototypes over Power Point decks.
Thorbjørn Nielsen
Thorbjørn NielsenGeneral Manager - EMEA
Thorbjørn has 15+ years of experience in Sales and Consulting, leading efforts of growing Silicon Valley based enterprise software companies in EMEA. Prior to GAN, Thorbjørn lead efforts of growing Workday in Nordics and in SuccessFactors where he engaged in 2004 from day one of the EMEA hyper-growth expansion up until the acquisition by SAP in 2012 for $3,4 billion.
Peter Chang
Peter ChangHead of Customer Success
Peter is a Customer Success Executive with 15+ years of experience and a proven track record building and scaling startup teams. He is responsible for post-sales functions including customer success, support and account management. Peter is a results-oriented leader with expertise in delivering value to customers, developing retention strategy and establishing customer success best practices.
Adam Kaiser
Adam KaiserVice President, Marketing
Adam oversees all aspects of GAN’s marketing, encompassing demand generation, messaging, thought leadership, content, events, product marketing, and communications. Previous to GAN, Adam served as VP of Marketing for Centro, an advertising technology, and services company and VP of marketing for IVCi, guiding brand positioning, product marketing, public and analyst relations, and technology vendor management for a leading visual collaboration solutions provider. Adam is a true marketing geek and loves combining technology and creativity to drive business results.
Alexander Wilkinson
Alexander WilkinsonVice President, Alliances
Alex oversees GAN’s diverse program of Alliances: both developing new go-to-market partnerships; and optimising the existing Alliances valued by customers. Prior to GAN, Alex’s experience ranges from growing commercial value for SaaS companies, building new revenue streams, and consulting on corporate Compliance programs, spanning from SMEs to global enterprises.
