Our journey

Global Advice Network (GAN) is founded by a renowned Danish human rights advocate through a partnership among six European countries.

The Risk & Compliance Portal launches and swiftly becomes one of the world’s largest and most recognized resources in compliance.

GAN Integrity recognizes market demand for unified compliance solutions and pivots to become a technology provider.

GAN Integrity forges an alliance with Control Risks and launches an integrated third-party due diligence solution.

GAN Integrity releases a next-generation whistleblowing and incident management solution, expanding its compliance suite.

In partnership with Control Risks, GAN Integrity launches Control Risks VANTAGE Screening, an expansion of its due diligence product line.

The Integrity Platform launches, providing our customers with a truly integrated, no-code ethics and compliance management solution.

Nick Manolis

Nicholas (Nick) Manolis

Chief Executive Officer

Nick leads GAN Integrity’s leadership team and serves on the company’s board of directors. He joined GAN because he saw an opportunity to help shape an industry with digital solutions that have a lasting impact on how companies do business. Nick sees GAN as an enabler of ethics and integrity across all businesses and geographic boundaries and an opportunity to apply what he’s learned over a 25-year career in technology and business process to the solutions that drive it. Things like having a human connection with the people he works with every day, collaborating with talented employees, customers, and industry thought-leaders, doing the unconventional, and solving challenges by making decisions based on the core question; would a customer find value in what we are about to do?

Nick has spent his career innovating new technology and its application to business processes with several early-stage companies, helping to build them into global market leaders, more recently TrueCommerce and Escher, where Nick served as the Chief Executive and a Board Director. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, was a certified public accountant, and got his start as an auditor with Deloitte.

Our CFO, Monica manages all financial activities with a keen eye to financial ethics. These include strategic planning, funding initiatives, risk management, financial strategy, analysis, auditing, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

With over 30 years of experience in both public and privately held organizations, Monica is skilled in streamlining business processes, fostering healthy company culture, and implementing strategic vision. Her background spans multinational manufacturing and high-growth technology companies where she has demonstrated success in increasing shareholder value, boldly executing acquisitions and integrations, developing high-performance teams, and establishing top-tier financial business processes. Monica’s career has been defined by the mission to enable and exercise ethical behavior and she is fearless in this approach. Finance can be a force multiplier for good practice, and, at GAN Integrity, Monica ensures it is.

SVP Strategy

Tim leads the strategic direction of the Integrity Platform at GAN Integrity. With close to a decade of experience serving the world of compliance, Tim is dedicated to ensuring that compliance teams have the right tools to perform the important work they do more effectively.

Tim has been integral to the success of GAN Integrity for more than 6 years - serving in both senior sales and strategy roles. Tim ensures our clients always benefit from our ‘expert advantage’. His raison d'etre is ‘how do we continually improve the lives of compliance teams, and ensure they have the very best tools and support they deserve?’

In his strategy role, Tim brings his domain expertise to drive innovation, develop our partner ecosystem, and accelerate the growth of the business.

Neil Hodgson

Neil Hodgson

Chief Technology Officer

Our CTO, Neil brings over 15 years of experience in boldly delivering data-driven software products across the oil & gas, logistics, and video surveillance industries.

With an Industrial PhD in Applied Physics, Neil honed his skills in decision-support software development for oil & gas exploration and production. He worked with industry giants like Shell and Maersk Oil then, in 2017, transitioned to Maersk’s logistics division where he played a key role in expanding the digital team and revolutionizing the data science discipline.

Before joining GAN Integrity, Neil spent a year at Milestone Systems working on early-stage product development for their cloud-based data intelligence platform. Neil’s expertise in data-driven software development and leadership makes him an invaluable asset to GAN Integrity’s technology strategy and execution. Technological development is one way GAN Integrity differentiates itself and Neil is endlessly innovative in this domain.

Chief Marketing Officer

Kimberley, our Chief Marketing Officer, is a huge champion of the compliance community. She’s worked in this space for close to 20 years, and is passionate about ensuring that governance risk and compliance professionals have access to the very best tools, thought leadership and support to succeed.

Kimberley’s been an agent of growth, building brands, developing compelling thought leadership programs, driving demand and contributing to product innovation at GRC solutions providers including Thomson Reuters GRC, SAI Global and Aravo Solutions.

Kimberley is purpose-driven and believes in the power of GAN Integrity’s solutions to drive positive business and social outcomes at scale.

Senior Vice President, Customer Success

Paul joined GAN Integrity as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, taking charge of the customer journey, including Customer Success, Implementation, Training, and Customer Support. With 15 years of experience in similar roles, Paul has a strong background in the security sector, working with successful companies like Veracode, Mendix, and Rsam/Galvanize.

As a 30-year veteran of B2B SaaS companies and professional services firms, Paul has developed a deep understanding of customer-centric strategy and best practices. His expertise in ensuring smooth customer experiences and fostering strong relationships is instrumental in GAN Integrity’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Bill, our Senior Vice President of Sales, has more than 15 years of experience in the compliance technology sector and a deep understanding of challenges faced by enterprise organizations in this domain. As a compliance professional, Bill is on a mission to transform the traditionally fragmented and manual process of due diligence, disclosures, and investigations into an agile and scalable one.

Bill is passionate about developing global sales teams who have a deep understanding of compliance challenges and act as trusted advisors who help customers solve critical business issues with solutions that support their strategic objectives and long-term success.

Bill has collaborated with thousands of compliance professionals throughout his career, leading sales organizations at compliance solutions providers such as Steele Compliance Solutions, Diligent, Dow Jones, and The Red Flag Group.
