Helen Rosen leads GAN Integrity’s leadership team and serves on the company’s board of directors. A proven technology leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding SaaS, technology, and data companies through transformation and growth, Helen has spent her career leading organizations where trust, transparency, and execution mattered most.
What drew Helen to GAN Integrity is its unique blend of high impact and high purpose - a company that truly operates at the intersection of technology and integrity. She brings a global perspective shaped by leadership roles across the US, Europe, and Israel, and a proven record of creating lasting value for investors, boards, and customers alike.
Prior to joining GAN Integrity, Helen was the CEO of Adlib Software, where she led a three-year turnaround that transformed the company from a single-product vendor into a profitable, high-growth platform powering intelligent document processing and AI readiness for a quarter of the Fortune 500. Under her leadership, Adlib expanded its profitability, strengthened its market position, and built a culture defined by curiosity, resilience, and impact.
Earlier in her career, Helen held senior strategy and corporate development roles at Kipu Health and AxiomSL, where she guided strategic planning, M&A, and two successful private equity exits. She also led transformation initiatives at Infosys Consulting, Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis, and PwC.
Helen advises early- and mid-stage software companies and their investors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Buffalo and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and hiking.

As GAN Integrity’s Chief Financial Officer, Kristie provides strategic leadership across all financial operations, emphasizing transparency, rigor, and sustainable value creation. She directs the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, risk management, and financial reporting, ensuring a resilient financial foundation that reflects GAN’s commitment to integrity.
Kristie is a proven finance executive with over two decades of deep private equity and M&A experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across global organizations. She has led corporate planning, enterprise risk management, and end-to-end deal execution while scaling both public and private equity–backed companies. Before joining GAN Integrity, she served as CFO at PerformLine and previously as CFO and Executive Director at Spark Networks SE, where she designed and led a comprehensive corporate transformation. Her earlier leadership roles at Dynata, Budderfly, and Tangoe further demonstrate her track record of building high-performing teams and strengthening financial operations in complex, rapidly evolving environments. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the financial services group.
Known for her clarity, steadiness, and collaborative style, Kristie earns the confidence of boards, private equity sponsors, and executive teams alike. She pairs strategic vision with hands-on execution and is committed to building financial structures that support sustainable, ethical growth.

Kimberley, our Chief Marketing Officer, is a huge champion of the compliance community. She’s worked in this space for close to 20 years, and is passionate about ensuring that governance risk and compliance professionals have access to the very best tools, thought leadership and support to succeed.
Kimberley’s been an agent of growth, building brands, developing compelling thought leadership programs, driving demand and contributing to product innovation at GRC solutions providers including Thomson Reuters GRC, SAI Global and Aravo Solutions.

Ankur Passi leads GAN Integrity’s global sales and solution consulting teams, bringing over a decade of experience scaling go-to-market organizations at high-growth, purpose-driven SaaS companies. He combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, with a proven track record of building world-class sales teams, expanding into new markets, and driving sustainable, customer-centric growth. Ankur is passionate about helping teams succeed together and believes in the power of technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes—and create lasting social impact.
Before joining GAN, Ankur served as Vice President of Enterprise Revenue at Greenhouse Software, where he was instrumental in doubling enterprise ARR. He architected an integrated go-to-market strategy across product, marketing, and customer success, enabling Greenhouse to anticipate customer needs and address industry-specific challenges—establishing the company as a trusted partner in complex, regulated markets.
Earlier in his career, Ankur held senior revenue leadership roles at Telnyx and Plivo, where he led significant growth by building customer trust and navigating complex, mission-critical sales cycles. Across every role, his leadership has been marked by a commitment to collaboration, clarity of execution, and long-term value creation.
Beyond his work in SaaS, Ankur is committed to empowering future leaders. He mentors early-stage founders through Techstars and serves as a trustee of FEA India, a nonprofit that has educated more than 600,000 underserved students.
