She is the founder of Sounding Board Compliance, an advisory firm that provides strategic guidance to corporate officers, board members, and compliance professionals.

Tom is a former General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with over 15 years of experience, now working as an independent consultant focused on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and international compliance solutions.

He is the author of The Compliance Handbook (3rd edition), the award-winning FCPA Compliance and Ethics Blog, and the best-selling Lessons Learned on Compliance and Ethics. His podcasts have earned multiple industry awards, and he is a frequent speaker and contributor to leading compliance publications

Richard Bistrong

Richard Bistrong

CEO of Front-Line Anti-Bribery

Richard Bistrong is a former international sales executive who now advises and speaks on bribery, ethics, and compliance from a front-line perspective. He previously served as VP of International Sales for a multinational, spending over a decade working abroad.
In 2007, he was investigated by the DOJ for FCPA violations, later cooperating with U.S. and U.K. authorities. He was sentenced in 2012 and served 14.5 months in federal prison.
Today, through Front-Line Anti-Bribery LLC, he leads workshops and keynotes, sharing insights from his real-world experience.
