Karen Moore is a seasoned compliance, ethics, and privacy professional with over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and maturing corporate compliance and privacy programs for global organizations, including Unisys, Inchcape Shipping Services, NASDAQ and Philip Morris International. She is the founder of Sounding Board Compliance, an advisory firm that provides strategic guidance to corporate officers, board members, and compliance professionals.

Tom Fox

Founder, Compliance Podcast Network

Tom is a former General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with over 15 years of experience, now working as an independent consultant focused on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and international compliance solutions.

He is the author of The Compliance Handbook (3rd edition), the award-winning FCPA Compliance and Ethics Blog, and the best-selling Lessons Learned on Compliance and Ethics. His podcasts have earned multiple industry awards, and he is a frequent speaker and contributor to leading compliance publications

Richard Bistrong

CEO of Front-Line Anti-Bribery

Richard Bistrong is a former international sales executive who now advises and speaks on bribery, ethics, and compliance from a front-line perspective. He previously served as VP of International Sales for a multinational, spending over a decade working abroad.
In 2007, he was investigated by the DOJ for FCPA violations, later cooperating with U.S. and U.K. authorities. He was sentenced in 2012 and served 14.5 months in federal prison.
Today, through Front-Line Anti-Bribery LLC, he leads workshops and keynotes, sharing insights from his real-world experience.

Brian Oderkirk

Director, Strategic Accounts, Ethisphere

Brian has spent the past 15 years in ethics and compliance, advising some of the world’s largest global organizations on how to strengthen and evolve their compliance programs. He began his career in financial services and later entered the ethics and compliance field through Corpedia, a sister company of Ethisphere.
